• What materials do you use for your jewelry?
We use fine stones carefully selected for their unique qualities, as well as stainless steel.
• What types of gemstones do you use?
We use a wide variety of semi-precious stones. You can see the full list on our website.
• Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
The stainless steel we use is generally hypoallergenic, but it is advisable to test for very sensitive skin.
• Where are your jewelry made?
All our jewelry is handmade in Quebec (Canada), in our workshop.
Customization and special orders
• Do you offer personalized jewelry?
Yes, we offer the possibility to personalize certain jewelry. Contact us or fill out the form in the “ Personalized Jewelry ” section.
• Can I buy in bulk?
Yes, it is absolutely possible to buy in large quantities. Contact us to discuss the desired quantities and suitable rates.
• Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer the option of gift wrapping upon request, at an additional cost.
Production, delivery and order tracking
• What are the production times?
Our jewelry is made with care. Production time is usually 3-5 business days before shipping.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. For Canada, it usually takes between 5-10 business days. For more details, see our shipping policy .
• Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping anywhere in Canada. Note that this option does not include a tracking number, but delivery is guaranteed by Ovie Bijoux.
• Can I track my order?
If you wish to track the delivery of your order, you must choose Canada Post tracking delivery (paid option).
• What should I do if I have not received my order?
Packages delivered by Canada Post are considered lost after 30 business days. Ovie Bijoux guarantees delivery and will take the necessary measures to satisfy you.
Payment and security
• What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as payments via PayPal.
• Are my payments secure?
Yes, our site uses SSL encryption to ensure the security of your payments. We work with trusted partners for transactions.
Return, exchange and warranty
• Do you accept returns?
For hygiene reasons, no returns can be accepted.
• Does your jewelry have a warranty?
Yes, our jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.
• What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged upon receipt, please send us a photo of the jewelry and packaging within 7 days of receipt.
• What to do if a piece of jewelry breaks?
If the breakage occurs after the 7 day period and is not related to a manufacturing defect or damage occurring during delivery, we will be happy to assess the repair options.
In most cases we can repair it. However, you are responsible for the repair and shipping costs.

• How can I use an Ovie Bijoux gift card?

To preserve the shine of your jewelry, avoid prolonged contact with water, chemicals or perfumes. Store them in a dry place, ideally in an airtight pouch.
• Is your jewelry suitable for children?
Our jewelry is not designed for children, as it is primarily intended for adult use. Some elements, such as small parts or clasps, may pose a risk of ingestion or choking for young children.
• Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within a maximum of 24 hours after placing it. Write to us promptly to make the necessary changes.
• Do you have a physical store?
No, we operate exclusively online at the moment, in order to offer you a convenient and accessible shopping experience anywhere.
