By placing an order on our online store, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

Products

The jewelry offered is made from natural fine stones and carefully selected materials.

As each stone is unique, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or patterns may be observed. These differences are part of the natural characteristics of the stones and do not constitute a defect.

We make every effort to accurately represent the products. However, colors may vary slightly depending on the screen.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes are calculated at the time of payment according to the province or country of destination.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Accepted payment methods are those offered at checkout.

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship jewelry is generally prepared within 2 to 5 business days. Personalized jewelry is generally prepared within 5 to 10 business days.

Delays may be extended during busy periods or holidays.

Shipping

Shipping times and costs are indicated in our Shipping Policy.

The times provided by carriers are approximate and do not constitute a guarantee.

Ovie Rewards

Eligible purchases allow you to accumulate Precious Points in accordance with the rules of the Ovie Rewards program.

Rewards, points, coupons, and benefits may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Ovie Referrals

The Ovie Referral program is reserved for referrals made in good faith.

Ovie reserves the right to cancel rewards obtained fraudulently or abusively.

Final Sales

All sales are final.

Exceptions may, however, be granted in situations provided for in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Warranty

Jewelry is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Limitation of Liability

Ovie cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products or the inability to use them.

Modification of Terms

Ovie may modify these Terms of Sale at any time.

The version published on the website shall always prevail.
