Order Modification or Cancellation

Delivery
Processing times are as follows:
- Ready-to-ship jewelry: 3 to 5 business days
- Custom jewelry: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery options:
- Shipping within Canada at a flat rate: $5
- Shipping with tracking (additional charges)

Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene reasons and due to the handcrafted nature of our creations, all sales are final.
No returns or exchanges are accepted, except in the following situations:
- defective item
- order error
- jewelry damaged upon receipt
If a problem arises, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the jewelry when applicable.
Each situation is evaluated individually to determine the most appropriate solution.
Gift Cards
Gift card sales are final.
They cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Ovie Bijoux is not responsible for loss or theft.
Promotional Codes
Promo codes must be used at the time of purchase.
They cannot be applied after payment.
Any misuse may result in order cancellation.
Warranty
If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Each situation will be carefully evaluated to determine the best solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the case.
