• Ready-to-ship jewelry is shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

• For personalized jewelry , allow 7 to 10 business days for manufacturing.

These times do not include delivery time.

• Changes or cancellations of orders are accepted up to 24 hours maximum after purchase confirmation.

• Depending on the case, processing fees may apply.

• All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be made unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.

• Returns or exchanges must be authorized in advance by Ovie Bijoux . Contact us via the contact form or by email for any request.

• Our jewelry is guaranteed for 30 days against manufacturing defects only.

• This warranty does not cover breakage due to improper use or normal wear and tear.

• We offer a custom-made tailoring service , designed according to your desires and tastes.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before manufacturing begins, and the balance must be paid before delivery.

• Personalized jewelry is not eligible for promotions or promo codes.

• Gift certificates are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Ovie Bijoux is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

• In the event of inappropriate or fraudulent use of a promo code, Ovie Bijoux reserves the right to cancel the order in question.
