Products

The jewelry offered is made from natural gemstones and carefully selected materials.

As each stone is unique, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or patterns may occur. These differences are part of the stones’ natural characteristics and do not constitute a defect.

We make every effort to represent products accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout according to the province or destination country.

Prices may be changed at any time without notice.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods are those offered at checkout.

Order processing

Your order will be carefully prepared within 3 to 7 business days.

Orders received during the week are grouped together and mailed once a week.

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.

These timeframes cover order preparation and shipment; they do not include transit time.

Processing times may be longer during busy periods or holidays.

Carrier delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Ovie Rewards

Eligible purchases allow you to earn Precious Points in accordance with the Ovie Rewards program rules.

Rewards, points, coupons, and benefits may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Ovie Referrals

The Ovie Referral program is intended for referrals made in good faith.

Ovie reserves the right to cancel rewards obtained fraudulently or abusively.

Final sales

All sales are final.

Exceptions may be granted in the situations described in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Warranty

Jewelry is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Limitation of liability

Ovie cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products or the inability to use them.
