Warranty Period
All jewelry is covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty begins on the date of receipt of the order.
What is Covered
The warranty notably covers:
- a manufacturing defect;
- defective assembly;
- a component with a defect upon receipt.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- scratches;
- accidental breakage;
- damage caused by water, chemicals, or perfumes;
- improper use;
- modifications made by a third party.
Natural variations in gemstones do not constitute a defect.

We will carefully review each request.
Decision
Depending on the situation, Ovie may:
- repair the jewelry;
- replace the product;
- offer a refund when repair or replacement is not possible.
