At Ovie Bijoux, we do everything we can to ensure that your jewelry is delivered quickly and safely, wherever you are in the world. Here are the details on our shipping policies for Canada and internationally.

Delivery in Canada and internationally

• Delivery to Canada :

Orders are shipped via Canada Post service . Although we guarantee delivery, Ovie Bijoux cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Canada Post.

Shipping is free for jewelry with the non-tracking option. For tracking delivery, additional fees apply.

• International delivery :

For deliveries outside of Canada, customs fees, taxes and other potential charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges depend on the regulations of your country and are not included in the price of the order.

Important: It is the responsibility of our customers to provide a valid and complete address. In the event of an error or a returned package, the reshipping costs will be your responsibility.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen:

• Quebec : 2 to 4 working days.

• Canada (excluding Quebec) : 3 to 8 working days.

• United States : 2 to 3 weeks.

• Europe : 2 to 4 weeks.

• Other international destinations : 2 to 6 weeks.

Note: Delivery times listed are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, peak demand periods (e.g. holidays), or customs delays for international shipments.

Shipping costs

Canada :

• Free shipping for jewelry with no tracking.

• Fees for tracked deliveries are automatically calculated by Canada Post based on the weight and destination of your package.

Outside Canada :

• Shipping costs are calculated by Canada Post based on the weight and destination of your order.

Tip: For added security and peace of mind, we always recommend the tracked option.

Additional Information

• Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Personalized jewelry requires 7-10 business days to manufacture, which slightly extends shipping times.

Order Tracking

For tracked deliveries, a tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order is shipped. You will be able to track your package in real time through the Canada Post website or the designated carrier for international shipments.

Delivery and Security

We carefully package your jewelry to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please write to us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
