Preparation Times
- Ready-to-ship jewelry: 3 to 5 business days
- Custom jewelry: 5 to 10 business days
Orders are often prepared faster than the indicated times.
These times refer only to preparation and do not include shipping.
Shipping Method and Costs
Shipping to Canada
- Flat rate: $5 (no tracking number)
- Free shipping on orders of $65 and more (no tracking number)
Tracked options are also available, with fees calculated based on destination.
Shipments without tracking carry a risk of loss or delay beyond our control.
By choosing this option, you accept this condition.
For more secure delivery, we recommend the tracked option.
International Shipping
- Shipping via Canada Post or partners
- Variable fees depending on destination
Customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Quebec: 3 to 8 business days
- Canada (outside Quebec): 5 to 10 business days
- United States: 7 to 14 business days
- Europe: 10 to 20 business days
- Other destinations: 2 to 6 weeks

Shipping Confirmation
An email will be sent to you when your order is shipped and a tracking number will only be provided if the tracked option was selected.
Lost or Damaged Package
If a problem occurs, contact us quickly providing:
- your order number
- a photo (if applicable)
- a description of the problem
