Your order will be carefully prepared within 3 to 7 business days.

Orders received during the week are grouped together and mailed once a week.

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.

These timeframes cover order preparation and shipment; they do not include transit time.

Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods or holidays.

Canada

  • Quebec: 2 to 5 business days
  • Other provinces: 3 to 10 business days

United States

  • 7 to 14 business days

Europe

Shipping fees

Canada

  • Standard shipping: $5 CAD
  • Free shipping on orders of $65 CAD or more (before taxes)

Depending on weight, destination, or the selected shipping method, additional tracked options may be offered at checkout.

United States and Europe

Fees are calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination and selected shipping method.

Order tracking

When a tracking number is included with the selected shipping method, it is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Some economy options do not include tracking.

Customs and taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These fees are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
