Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene reasons and due to the handcrafted nature of our creations, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions
If a problem arises with your order, we are here to assist you.
A request may be accepted in the following cases:
- defective item
- order error
- jewelry damaged upon receipt
Timeframe for Reporting a Problem
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot process the request.
Procedure
For any request, please provide us with:
- your order number
- a description of the problem
- a clear photo of the jewelry (if applicable)
Each situation is carefully evaluated to offer you a suitable solution.
Refunds
If your request is accepted, an appropriate solution may be offered, including:
- a replacement of the jewelry
- a store credit
- or a refund, depending on the situation
Store Credits
Credits granted by Ovie Bijoux following an accepted return, adjustment, or commercial gesture are valid for 12 months from their issue date, unless otherwise specified.
The expiration date, when applicable, is indicated in the credit confirmation email.
Important Conditions
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
- Ovie Bijoux reserves the right to refuse a request deemed abusive.
