Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene reasons and due to the handmade nature of our creations, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions
If a problem arises with your order, we are here to assist you.
A request may be accepted in the following cases:
- defective item
- order error
- jewelry damaged upon receipt
Timeframe for reporting a problem
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to process the request.
Procedure
For any request, please provide us with:
- your order number
- a description of the problem
- a clear photo of the jewelry (if applicable)
Each situation is carefully evaluated to offer you a suitable solution.
Refunds
If your request is accepted, a suitable solution may be offered, including:
- a replacement of the jewelry
- store credit
- or a refund, depending on the situation
Important conditions
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization
- Ovie Bijoux reserves the right to refuse a request deemed abusive
