Processing time
Orders are prepared within 3 to 7 business days.
Orders are often prepared sooner than the stated timeframe.
These timeframes apply only to preparation and do not include transit time.
Shipping methods and rates
Shipping within Canada
- Flat rate: CAD $5 without tracking
- Free standard shipping on orders of CAD $65 or more before taxes
- Standard shipping via Canada Post
Tracked options are also available, with rates calculated according to destination.
Untracked shipments carry a risk of loss or delay beyond our control.
By choosing this option, you accept this condition.
For more secure delivery, we recommend a tracked option.
International shipping

Estimated delivery times
- Quebec: 2 to 5 business days
- Canada outside Quebec: 3 to 10 business days
